Booking Payments

To make a booking and guarantee that your chosen tour/service is confirmed, full payment must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
The cost of the tour/service includes taxes, land and sea transportation. If not specified, the cost of the tour does not include transfers to/from your holiday home, meals, drinks, entrance fees to sites, an authorised guide and any other optional service.


Cancellation or modification terms may vary according to the tour or service booked. This will be communicated at the time of booking. Otherwise, Gocce Concierge Standard Cancellation Policy will take effect should you or any member of your group need to cancel your booking with us once it has been confirmed. Gocce Concierge Standard Cancellation Policy Cancellation period prior to date of confirmed booking:

  • 48 hours or more: full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund provided

We will, where possible and where no prior charges have been incurred on our behalf by the supplier, attempt to refund the total amount. If the tour/service gets cancelled by our agency, a full refund will be issued. By booking a tour/service you confirm you are aware of cancellation policies.
